Refund policy

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at toysoverboysco@gmail.com with your order number so we can process a replacement or refund.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Vibrators And Dildos
Douche/Enema Kits
Anal Toys, Beads, And Plugs
Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings, And Cock Sleeves
Gags And Ropes
Lingerie And Men's Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at toysoverboysco@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, sealed goods that aren't suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off right once unsealed after delivery. This covers all of our intimate products for the same reasons described above. It doesn't affect your rights regarding defective or damaged items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at toysoverboysco@gmail.com.
