Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day. Express orders placed before 1pm PST ship same day. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days once shipped; we can't guarantee weekend delivery.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number at the end of the business day.

Returns

Because of the intimate nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.

If an item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at toysoverboysco@gmail.com with your order number so we can process a replacement or refund.

Any item that is designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse, they are considered used, and therefore cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to:
  • Vibrators And Dildos
  • Douche/Enema Kits
  • Anal Toys, Beads And Plugs
  • Cock And Ball Devices, Cock Rings And Cock Sleeves
  • Gags And Ropes
  • Lingerie And Men's Wear

Lubes, massage oils, condoms, and body paints are also not returnable.

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer law, sealed goods that aren't suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off right once unsealed after delivery.

This covers all of our intimate products for the same reasons described above. It doesn't affect your rights regarding defective or damaged items.
